Yes, they've asked me if I like to get the extras here and there in the past but if I say no, they said ok and move on. Maybe they didn't listen to the tech's question? How do they just grab your hand for a paraffin treatment without your consent? lol wouldn't you think to say uhhh, no I didn't ask for this? They have never forcefully up sell me. I'm not sure what the other two reviewers are talking about. I have to say after a long day at work, it is very nice and relaxing sitting in the massage chair, listening to yoga music while getting your feet massaged. Never have any of the techs rush through my mani & pedi just to get to the next customers, which most salons usually do.They actually just redecorate the salon and it is very clean & pretty. They have never disappointed me when it comes to thoroughness. They have to paint it right and cut all the cuticles right. I've had my nails done by Lee first, then Quinn but have had other techs including the owner, Jenny.First off, I have to say I'm extremely picky with my nails.
